Level 9: Upper Advanced Level focuses on effortlessly comprehending everything one hears and reads such that one is able to recount events, arguments, and evidence and summarize accordingly in a logical way. Upon successful completion, the student is expected to be speaking with complete fluency with a superior degree of linguistic accuracy.
